Normal Blog Service Is Resumed.

What a week!

The awesome of WriteOnCon over (*sniff*) it's time to get back to normal. So I've come home to my little corner of the blogosphere.

*blows the dust from my blog*

Hi to my new followers *waves* I'll be hoping over to say hi soon.

But before normal blogging is resumed I want to say a huge thank you to the awesome gals behind WriteOnCon. They have battled 403 errors, sleep deprivation (and a million other things) to bring us the first online conference.

Sorry, to bring 11,000 of us the first online conference!

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

In other news, congrats to Matthew Rush for winning the query contest on WriteOnCon. I already congratulated him on Twitter, but it needed to be said again. Matt does such awesome things over on his blog so I love the fact he's collecting on the karma!

Plus, Matt, your new query rocked!

And finally...

Thanks to Candyland for the amazing I Heart Joy Like BR80 contest. Not only did Candace raise money for a good cause, but the prizes were epic.

I can't wait to wear my Team Candyland t-shirt when it arrives. No one else in my little corner of the UK will have one. :)

So what's new with you?

I'm going to have to lock myself up in a corner this weekend and catch up on all the writeoncon magic I missed since it fell on daugherling's birthday. Won't be the same as catching it live, but at least I won't feel like a heel!

Shoes specially made for losing weight are available today and mbt shoes sale can be quite effective. These shoes have been out for a while and some companies have risen to the top mbt shoes review demonstrated that they can provide a quality product to consumers. One mbt discount shoes such type of these shoes is the MBT Shoe made by a company called Swiss Masai. In case you mbt sandals did not MBT stands for Masai Barefoot Technology. In this write up we want to take a mbt shoes sale closer look at these special shoes.

The development and idea behind the MBT shoe design is quite discount mbt shoes interesting. What the shoe attempts to do is structure the shape of the shoe so mbt shoes cheap that it simulates walking on sand. Specifically, the they want to attempt to make it as if you are walking discount mbt shoes along the natural sand environment of the Masai in Kenya. Sports trainers have known for quite a while now mbt shoes sale that working out on dry sand is a great way to get in excellent cardiovascular condition. As you mbt shoes review walk on sand it creates an uneven surface on your feet and it forces you to shift your center of gravity to mbt sneakers an unnatural position. Your body compensates for this by using several different mbt shoes best prices muscle groups in your feet, calves, thighs, and torso that you would not use wearing typical shoes. This is the ideas MBT shoes behind the MBT weight loss shoes and it does seem to mbt shoes review work for some people.

More specifically, MBT makes several positive claims mbt discount shoes and benefits from wearing their shoes. They will take muscle groups mbt shoes cheap not normally used in walking and make them active. The shoes will give you a better posture, and a more effective mbt shoes review gait when walking with or without the shoes. It can footwear etc potentially help you with problems you may have with your back, hips, legs, and feet. The mbt shoes clearance shoes can help you recover from injuries to your mbt shoes clearance tendons, joints, ligaments, or muscles. The shoes are also designed to alleviate tension and stress mbt sandals on your lower joints.

Overall owners of the MBT shoe really like the results. MBT It is typical that if you walk for three or four miles at a time for several times mbt shoes sale per week you will experience some weight loss. Some people are using them for every day mbt shoes sale use and find that this helps to keep their legs toned and looking nice. These are just walking MBT shoes you really do not want to use them for running. It is recommended that you go to a store and try them on, as you mbt sneakers want to make sure the heel is snug and fits correctly. If the shoes fit correctly they should feel snug and it should mbt sneakers feel as though you are walking on stilts when you walk in discount mbt shoes them.
